Bangkok Makeovers charge a booking fee that is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your stay and surgery we do offer you to rebook your stay and surgery at a different date and the booking fee stays valid for 12 months from original payment date. We require a minimum of 7 days notice to organise this. Change is subject to availablity and we will do our best to meet your request. 

 

Bangkok Makeovers do not charge a cancellation fee if you decide not to go ahead with your plastic surgery or dental procedure. All costs are paid directly to the hospital or dental clinic. Bangkok Makeovers do not handle any money paid for these procedures.  

 

The timeframe you book for accommodation is set prior to arrival. You can change your stay prior to arrival with at least 7 days notice. Accommodation fees are payable upfront and in full for the duration you agreed upon. No refunds will be given to early departures.  

 

No refunds are avaialble after the surgery has already taken place.
